Peppermint Cherry Wafers

16 oz. Vanilla Commercial Candy Melt
1/4 Cup Kirsch
2/3 Cup finely ground Peppermint Candy Stick
8 oz. Vanilla Commercial Candy Melt 

In medium bowl, melt candy. Mix in Kirsch, a few drops of red food coloring, and the crushed peppermint. Drop onto waxed paper by scant teaspoons. This will flaten into wafers. Freeze until set. Melt the second part of the candy in a shallow bowl. Dip the bottoms of the wafers in the chocolate and slet dry on waxed paper. When all bottoms are coated, reheat the leftover candy melt and drizzle over the tops. Sprinkle extra crushed candy cane if desired.
