Amaretto Bon Bons

8 oz. Finely Chopped Pecans (food processor)
2 Cups Vanilla Wafers crushed (food processor)
4 Cups Confectionery Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Amaretto

Mix all dry ingredients together first. Pour in Amaretto & mix well. Loosely cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator. If it is still too mushy to work with, add more sugar and chill again. Shape into balls & set on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Chill again. Dip in 1 lb. of white chocolate commercial candy coating melted. Transfer back to lined sheets. Store in tins lined with waxed paper.
