Chocolate Bourbon Pecans
  • 1 Cup of Pecan Halves
  • Bourbon to Coat
  • 1 lb. Commercial Chocolate Candy

Soak pecans in Bourbon overnight or longer. Drain and set on paper plates for a few hours to dry out a bit. Melt white or chocolate candy. Dip individually or place pecans in chocolate and stir just to coat. Spread out on waxed paper. Break apart when set.
