Chambord Fudge Turtles

  • 8 oz. finely chopped walnuts (food processor)
  • 12 oz. Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Chambord
  • 3 Cups Confectionery Sugar
  • Commercial White Chocolate Candy

Melt chocolate with butter and condensed milk in microwave, cool 'til tepid, mix in nuts, Chambord, & sugar.

1 - Drop by tiny dollops onto waxed paper & freeze until set. Dip in 1 lb. melted Commercial White Chocolate Candy.

2 - For fudge, increase the confectionery sugar to 4 cups. Let set until really firm in refrigerator & cut into bite size pieces. Put into tiny candy paper cups.
