Irish Cream Bon Bons

  • 8 oz. Finely Chopped Walnuts (food processor)
  • 24 Oreo type cookies, crushed
  • 2/3 lb. of Confectionery Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Irish Cream Liqueur 
  • 1 lb. Commercial Chocolate Candy Coating

Mix the first 4 ingredients together and place in refrigerator loosely wrapped, overnight or until firm enough to work with. Roll into tiny bite size balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Dip each in the chocolate flavor commercial candy coating melted. Place in tiny paper candy cups or layers between waxed paper. Store in airtight tins. These are best aged.
