Lobster Bisque


10 oz. Canned Lobster
1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup
1 Can Condensed Split Pea Soup
3 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup Bourbon
Salt to taste

Drain and finely chop lobster.
Combine soups and milk, stir over low heat.
Add lobster and cook until thoroughly warmed and hot.
Remove from heat, cool slightly and add Bourbon.
Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
