Brandied Shrimp with Cheese

1 Lb. Peeled Shrimp
4 Tbsp. Butter 
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
1/2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
6 Tbsp. Brandy

Melt butter over low heat.
Add mustard, salt, onion and shrimp.
Cook until shrimp turn pink and remove and reserve shrimp.
Add cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts.
Stir in shrimp and cool.
Add brandy and mix.
Place in shallow casserole dish and brown slightly under broiler when ready to serve.

Serves 2 to 3 people.
