Bacardi Rum Balls

1/4 cup Bacardi Gold rum
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup honey
2 cups ground walnuts
confectioners sugar

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sugar. Shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Store in tightly covered container. Serves 2 1/2 dozen.

Bourbon Balls

3 Cups Finely Crushed Vanilla Wafers
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Tbs. Cocoa
1 1/2 Cups Finely Chopped Walnuts
3 Tbs. Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Bourbon

Mix all together and shape into 1 inch balls. Store in airtight container. (These age very well!)


Irish Cream No-Bake Drops

This recipe is about as easy as you can get. Super rich and delicious, it should be kept for company best.


11 oz. Package of White chocolate chips
1/4 Cup Irish cream liqueur
2 1/2 Cups of Finely crushed Vanilla wafers
6 oz. of Chopped pecans or walnuts


In a mixing bowl, stir crushed vanilla wafers & nuts toghether. Heat chips in the microwave for a minute and stir. Keep heating at 20 second intervals until melted. Add liqueur to the melted chips & stir. Add this to the wafers and peacns stirring quickly. Drop by spoonfuls onto a waxed paper sheet. Let set until firm. 

Kahlua Mudslide Brownies

2 Cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 Cup butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs, 1 1/2 Cup sugar
4 Tbs. Kahlua
2 Tbs. Irish Cream Liqueur
1 Tbs. Vodka
3/4 Cup chopped walnuts
Kahlua Glaze (recipe follows)

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. In small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate (chopped up). Set over low heat, just until chocolate is melted. Set aside. In bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light. Beat in dry ingredients, chocolate mixture, Kahlua, Irish cream liqueur and vodka. Fold in nuts. Pour into 13x9in pan and bake at 350 F about 25 min. Cool in pan. Spread with Kahlua Glaze.Cut into squares and serve.

Kahlua Glaze

1 1/4 Cup powdered sugar
3 Tbsp Kahlua

In small bowl, blend sugar with Kahlua until smooth.
