Bourbon Chocolate Sauce

This is best served warm, and is wonderful over ice cream, or any chocolate brownie, or dessert recipe.


  • 6 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 C Bourbon


Combine first three ingredients in top of double boiler. Stir frequently over low to medium heat until melted. Let cool a bit and add vanilla and bourbon, mixing well.
