Mulled Wine

Mulled Wine is best served warm. This recipe makes enough to entertain, so invite a few friends over. This is best made with a dry red wine, but white will work. You can garnish these drinks with a cinnamon stick and/or orange rind twists.

(3) 750 milliliter bottles of Wine 
Juice of one Orange
1/2 tsp. each of; Nutmeg and Cinnamon 
2 tablespoons whole Cloves
Sweeten with Honey or Brown sugar to taste.

In a large saucepan over very low heat, combine the above and heat until sufficiently warm being careful not to overheat. Strain the whole cloves out and serve in warmed cups.
