Champagne  Punch


  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 or 5 dashes of Bitters
  • 3/4 Cup Brandy
  • 2 Fifths Champagane (chilled)


Dissolve sugar and bitters in bottom of punch bowl, mix in brandy and then Champagne.



Add decorative mold or block of ice. Garnish with orange slices.

(Makes about 14 servings.)

Note that any flavored liqueur will work well with this if you pair it with the right fruit garnish.
